Frontline Leadership Training Works!
Leadership Basecamp is a first-level training series for brand new supervisors and leaders to assist them in their transition into leadership and develop bedrock skills that will serve them throughout their career and life. This program serves as the foundational tier of workforce leadership programs and an excellent starting point.
Before and after the cohort, we asked Leadership Basecamp participants to rank their confidence levels in 11 different areas, on a scale of 1-5. Here’s what they said about the first three areas:
A. I understand my role as a leader at my company.
B. I am able to separate my role as a supervisor/leader from my personal friendships/relationships with co-workers.
C. I have no trouble leading various personality types, even those different from me.
