Working directly with providers to document requires a specific set of skills. Topics covered in this class include medical terminology, ICD 10, practical EMR practice, learning to write SOAP notes, and scribe roles and functions. To ensure success in this class and as a future employee, an assessment and application will be required before registration is completed. Computer/internet access is required.
