LFCCWS Launches New Healthcare Career Training Programs for Fall 2018

New fall 2018 Lord Fairfax Community College Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education (LFCCWS) launches several new career training programs to fill the job demand of local healthcare providers. Dental Assisting, Personal Fitness Trainer, Medical Scribe and Medication Aide programs add to a robust lineup of entry-level in-demand jobs.

According to United States Department of Labor, employment of healthcare occupations is expected to grow 18 percent from 2016 to 2026, much faster than the average of other occupations and adding about 2.4 million new jobs to our country.
