We talked about the important role leadership plays within an organization regardless of it’s size or professional structure. Kenny told us about the different aspects of his classes, how he works with students in his classes, the customized programs he creates for local businesses, as well as some of the situations where companies may need guidance for developing leaders within their organization.
Guy told us about all the leadership learning opportunities available including Disney Institute, Leadercast, and several other individual leadership training classes and programs.
