Short Description: If your current methods of coping with stress isn’t contributing to your greater emotional and physical health, it’s time to find healthier ones. Managing your stress begins with identifying the stress sources in your life. Although it isn’t as easy as it sounds, our Personal Stress Reduction course will help you find these sources and take charge of your thoughts, emotions and the way you deal with problems. Included in our course discovering what stress is, how to relax and connect with your mind and body, and how to change your perspective and handle your life better.

Instructor Description: This class is an independent-study course.  Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material.  A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
