Patient Service Representative Program (PSR) (CMAA)

Are you interested in an adminstrative career in a healthcare field? Working the front desk of a medical office requires strong organizational skills, professionalism and the ability to solve problems. Throughout this course, you’ll learn about office reception skills, general day-to-day operations, and effective communication techniques. This class will have a strong focus on learning and using medical terminology. Regular access to a computer/internet will be required. This course is offered “live online.”  Upon course completion, you will be eligible to take the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam offered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
