Neutralize the Impact of Impossible People

You’re standing in the break room and you hear the difficult person coming toward you (the co-worker, or customer). Your reaction goes from happy to ho-hum. You retreat to the comfort of your co-worker / sounding board. This course will provide you with proven techniques to stop the crazy cycle and deal with those impossible people. The class will cover how to deal with negative behavior, how to minimize the impact to you and your organization, who you should really be venting to, and how to be proactive while keeping your cool. Grab a bottle of water, ice, and prepare for a cool down.
