Short Description: Human resources is one of the top growing professions as well as a top salary field. This field has a variety of job fields and always has room for growth allowing professionals to continue to advance in their career. Our human resources general studies program is designed for individuals who are currently employed in the human resources or human resource management or office administration, as well as those who plan to pursue a career in one of these areas. This complete training program is made up of eleven modules covering employee selection, strategic partnerships, high performance, budgeting, negotiations, implementing change, leadership and decision making, persuasive communication, and operations management. This program will provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to pursue a career in human resources.
Instructor Description: Though this program is a self-paced program it is supported by an educational mentor. Educational mentors are subject matter experts who have years of experience in their field as well as the necessary educational training and credentials to work as an expert. The mentor is available to answer any questions a learner may have including questions on course content, course material, certifications, and even industry questions. Mentors also monitor the progress of learners to ensure training retention and program advancement. In eLearning, motivation is a key tool to success. Because of this, mentors provide encouraging comments, feedback, and coaching to motivate learners throughout the duration of the program to support completion and success!
