Apprenticeship programs at Laurel Ridge Workforce Solutions provide students with the basic knowledge and skills required for entry-level skills within a variety of fields. Partnering with Workforce Solutions to enroll your employees in one of our apprenticeship programs allows you to hire for fit, rather than skill set, ultimately cultivating a highly skilled and credentialed workforce.

Apprenticeship programs available through Workforce Solutions include: Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. These trades programs are designed as hybrid training models to suit the busy lifestyles of our students, while also allowing them to do their jobs for you. Hybrid training is a combination of online training and live classroom/lab training. It uses the NCCER (National Center for Construction and Education Research) curriculum which provides valuable standardized and portable national credentials that are helpful for students building their careers with an employer.
