Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board
The Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board is an incorporated, non-profit organization serving 16 localities in Northwestern Virginia. The SVWDB operates five Valley Workforce Centers and directs numerous workforce initiatives.
